Based in Salida, Colorado, Jarett Park is the owner and operator of Perk Property Service. Jarett has a mechanical engineering background and has worked in property management and care for over 15 years. After graduating from Syracuse University in upstate New York, he lived and worked all across the United States, developing a diverse set of skills and perspectives that help him serve his customers with a sense of empathy and understanding he applies to each person’s unique situation.

In 2009, he finally settled in Colorado having fallen in love with the mountains, climate, and the people! His family has ties to the Arkansas River Valley dating back to 1976 and in the fall of 2022 he was lucky enough to purchase a small piece of land just outside of Salida to develop and call home.

Since then he has enjoyed becoming an active member of the community and is excited to help and serve his neighbors. A passionate hunter, mountain biker, snowboarder, builder, and pet owner, he spends much of his free time in the backcountry and also enjoys attending many of the local events that the Arkansas River Valley offers!
